Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of StokaFlow. By creating an account you agree to them.

The service

StokaFlow is inventory software: you record what stock you have, and what moves in and out. Basic operational use is free. Management features are offered as a paid subscription after a free trial.

Your account

  • You are responsible for keeping your login details private.
  • You are responsible for what happens under your account, including actions by people you give access to your workspace.
  • You must be old enough to enter a contract in your country.

Your data is yours

You keep ownership of everything you put into StokaFlow. We do not claim any rights over your inventory data. You can export it to CSV at any time.

Free and paid use

  • Free operational use has no time limit and does not require payment details.
  • Management features are free during the trial period, then require a subscription.
  • If a subscription ends, management features stop being available — but your inventory data is not deleted, and basic operational use continues to work.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to access other businesses' data, disrupt the service, or use it to break the law. We may suspend accounts that do.

Availability

We work to keep StokaFlow running, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. The service is provided as is, without warranties. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or lost data, to the extent the law allows.

Accuracy of your records

StokaFlow records what you enter. It is a tool for tracking stock, not an accounting or tax record, and we are not responsible for decisions made from inaccurate entries.

Ending your use

You can stop using StokaFlow and ask for your account to be deleted at any time. We may end or suspend access if these terms are broken.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change materially affects you, we will give notice in the app before it takes effect.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
